the story and the quality of the contents, captivates the senses of many
a gourmand adventurer.
Welcome to our new client/Restaurant
The Wine and Truffle Company welcomes one of our new fine
dining restaurant clients, The Gala Restaurant. Hans Lang and Marianne
Kempf were both born and trained in Germany. With a history that includes
the Regent in Melbourne, and multi award winning Windows at the Burswood
International Resort, their decision to take over the old Campo de Fiori
recently and change the name to The Gala Restaurant has indeed put them
back in the gourmand spotlight in Perth.
On a recent trip to Europe, Marianne confessed an obsession
that lead her on a 'truffle hunt' in Orange, France. Marianne and Hans
are now eagerly awaiting any news of local production.
The Gala Restaurant has a new warm feel, elegant without
being too formal and a must visit in Perth, for good food and wine lovers
(see picture below).
